Training Words between the Lines

Training Words between the Lines

'We have all been that person - the one who said something that sounded perfectly right in our head but came out completely wrong, or the one whose honest words were somehow heard as something else entirely. This training is about those tiny, awkward, yet beautiful moments when meaning hides between the lines - in a glance, a silence, or a sigh.

Over a few days, we will explore how to communicate not just correctly but meaningfully - with empathy, emotional awareness, and respect for our own and others’ boundaries. Expect theatre, art, reflection, laughter, and just the right dose of creative chaos.

It is for youth workers who don’t just want to talk to young people, but want to really connect with them. Because sometimes one honest conversation can change more than a dozen projects.'

Destelheide, Hanenbos and De Hoge Rielen, in collaboration with Pangeya Ultima DC (Ukraine), invite you to an enriching intercultural training about meaningful communication — grounded in empathy, emotional awareness and respect.

Words between the Lines supports youth workers who aim to go beyond conversation, and build real connection. Because one genuine dialogue can make a greater difference than ten projects together.
